Privacy Policy

When you join the newsletter or SMS list, we collect the details you provide, such as your first name, email address, or phone number.

When you buy something from the shop, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website. Stripe collects your email and shipping address in order to take the payment and let us post your order, and holds them under its own privacy policy.

We keep our own record of each order — what was bought, the amount, the email address you gave at checkout, and the delivery address you entered — so we can pack and post it, answer questions about it, and keep our accounts. We never see or store card details; those go straight to Stripe.

Once an order has shipped, we clear its delivery address from our records automatically, within 60 days of the order being placed. If you would like yours removed sooner, email us and we will clear it. We keep the sale itself — the date and the amount — for our accounts, and Stripe keeps its own copy of your order under its own privacy policy.

We may also collect anonymous, aggregated analytics about how the site is used, subject to your cookie preferences.
